Day weekend concert at The Theatre in the

Park at Shawnee Mission Park celebrates American music.

Bring your family and

friends, plus blankets and lawn chairs. The parking lot opens at

4:30 p.m.; gates open at 5 p.m. Instrument Petting Zoo begins at
